1. Overview
Indie Game Kit Maker is a local-first iOS app for organizing, generating, and exporting game assets. Version 1 has no accounts, user posting, ads, or generative AI.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
- Images you import, edit, or export (not sent to our servers)
- Personally identifiable information such as name, email, or phone number
- Account information, location data, or contacts
3. On-Device Storage
Imported images, category tags, and generated frames are stored in your device's Documents folder. They are not automatically uploaded to our servers.
4. Photo Library & Files
The App accesses your photo library or files only when you choose to import or save images. This processing stays on your device.
5. App Store Purchases
If the App is paid, purchases are processed by Apple. We do not directly receive your payment card details.
6. Support Inquiries
If you contact us, we may receive your email address, device information, OS version, app version, and inquiry content as needed to respond.
7. Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking
Version 1 does not display ads, use third-party ad tracking, or send user behavior data to our servers.
8. Sharing
We do not share information with third parties except where required by law or with your consent.
