1. Agreement
By using Indie Game Kit Maker, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service
The App helps you organize game assets, resize images, generate puzzle frame templates, and export PNG/ZIP files on your device. Version 1 has no accounts, posting, ads, generative AI, or real-image piece splitting (handled by Image Patch Studio).
3. Copyright
You retain rights to your images. You are solely responsible for having necessary rights and not infringing third-party rights.
4. Prohibited Conduct
- Illegal use or violation of public order and morals
- Infringement of copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights
- Creating or editing illegal, harmful, discriminatory, obscene, or defamatory content
- Tampering with, reverse engineering, or redistributing the App without permission
5. Fees
If paid, the App is a one-time App Store purchase. Refunds follow Apple's policies. Version 1 has no subscriptions.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided as is. We do not guarantee accuracy of output, App Store compliance, or prevention of data loss.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
